Noble palace

De Pandi palace is one of the oldest and most important palaces of the city, located in the Pandi street,  near the St. Joseph Church. It still preserves, almost intact, the original appearance of the late sixteenth century, on the side of St. Lorenzo street.

The palace belonged to the noble Neapolitan family De Pandi, which moved from its city near Salerno to Brindisi and finally to Nardò. The palace currently belongs to Zuccaro family. Once inside, on the left, there is a small museum that contains many objects related to carriages, saddlers, horses.

The interiors are decorated with nineteenth-century wallpaper and wall paintings and a refined furniture, all symbols of its bright past.
