Twenty electric scooters are available in three different areas of the city: Cesare Battisti Square, XX Settembre Street and Umberto I Square.

The scooters can be picked up in very simple way > download the app “Elerent” from the App Store or Play store > enter your identity data > associate the account created with the details of your credit card (or prepaid) for the payment > unlock the scooter through the QR code that you find on each vehicle > the vehicle is ready to ride. The cost is 1 euro to unlock the scooter and 20 cents more per minute. The service cannot be used by children under 14 years old. .

How does the service actually work?

First of all, you have to find the nearest available scooter on the map in "home" and book it. Then you have to go to the location, unlock the scooter and start the ride (it can also be interrupted and then resumed, keeping the reservation on the vehicle). Once the ride is over, you have to bring the vehicle back to the area from which you picked it up (or nearby) and click on "scroll to park" and "end ride" on the app. Then the app will show you a recap with the route, time and price.
