It was built between 1920-30. It is one of the greatest expressions of the eclectic style that characterized most of the villas built at the beginning of the 20th century. The scenography of its façade is a synthesis of Mannerist elements, oriental decorations in which the curved line dominates. The two suggestive staircases converge towards the loggia with three-mullioned window. The Moorish style of the windows on the first floor is evident. This paradise of stylistic-architectural combinations blends with the garden, where palms trees provide an exotic flavour while pines, holm oaks, citrus fruits and prickly pears represent local tradition.
The villa has been owned by the De Benedittis family since the early 1970s.
